The use of our website and the making of purchases through it are governed by these terms and conditions, as they apply from time to time, at all times. These terms form the contract between our business and you, our customers. By completing your details on the payment page pay.edemspa.gr  you unreservedly accept that you are aware of the terms and conditions regarding the conclusion of transactions with our company, as well as that they are subject to and governed by the terms and conditions disclosed to you on the website only, as they apply at the time the contract between us is concluded.

The company reserves the right to modify the terms of use and any other rule governing the use of the online store website at its absolute discretion. The terms and conditions may change without notice, so our user – customer is advised to check them to be aware of their content. Any use of the website following such change or modification shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions. The terms and conditions may not be modified or changed without the written consent of the business. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force at the time you use our website or place your order, have been drawn up and interpreted in accordance with the applicable domestic legal order and therefore any dispute arising, regarding the interpretation of these, is regulated according to Greek law. In case of violation of these terms of use, your company may seek compensation for any positive or consequential damages. Failure to exercise its rights arising from these terms does not imply a waiver of its rights.

In order to enter into a contract with our company you must be an adult, i.e. you must have reached the age of eighteen, according to the applicable law. By accepting the applicable terms and conditions, you also represent that you are competent to transact business with our business and are at least 18 years of age. If you are not of the above age, we urge you not to do business with us, in order to avoid legal disputes, otherwise the rights provided by law apply to our company, reserving all its rights to take legal action against those who have the custody and supervision of minors, falsely presenting themselves as adults and dealing with the business.

Browsing our website and searching for services can be done by anyone interested, without requiring the disclosure of their personal information. Simply browsing our website does not necessarily imply their purchase. Any visitor to our website can become a user. The information provided by the users is used by our company in order for our customers to communicate with the company, to provide them with answers to any questions they may have, so that their payment is completed. You must not use the payment form without serious intent, or present false information belonging to other users or use a false e-mail or copy the information of any other person, registered or non-registered user of this website or employee of our business; and generally use the website for any unfair or illegal or non-contractual purpose, otherwise our company's legal rights against you are created.

Payment methods

The user of our website can make payments with a simple process. After choosing the service, you fill in the relevant information above, choose the payment method and then complete the order by sending it to our company. When filling out the order form, you are asked for your name, address, zip code, email address, mobile and/or landline phone number and payment method for the order. By completing the relevant form, you provide your express consent to become a customer of our company. Our company may archive the given payments and their progress. Our company does not provide any other natural or legal person (private or public law) with the details of its customers/users. Disclosure of the data can only be carried out if this is required by law, court decision, prosecutor's order or in order to ensure its rights that have arisen from the order given and executed by it or in order to ensure the protection of the personal safety of its users in case of emergency. The company may request additional information if it deems it necessary. The company may, if it deems it appropriate, in view of the payment, using the given data, identify the customer and confirm by telephone and within a reasonable period of time, by any suitable means (by telephone or by e-mail).

The business accepts payments via credit / debit card or cash at its headquarters. All credit cards are accepted for use and payment at our location. Accepted cards for payment through pay.edemspa.gr are Visa, MasterCard and Electron Visa. 

Cancellation - Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal:

The customer of our business has the right to withdraw from the service purchase without giving a reason within 24 hours of the purchase

Withdrawal Procedure:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send an email with your details to info@edemspa.gr.

Refund:

Our cmpany returns the full amount of the purchase within 5 business days from exercising the right of withdrawal.

Canceling an Appointment:

If you have purchased a service and have booked and confirmed an appointment, you can cancel it 24 hours before the scheduled time.

In addition, you have the possibility to move your appointment to a new date and time, if the business has an appointment available.

Appointment Cancellation Within 24 Hours:

In case of appointment cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time, refund is not possible.

Privacy Policy 

The company makes every effort to ensure that your personal information (name, address, etc.) is not compromised or read by unauthorized persons. However, it does not guarantee that this is possible in every case. We guarantee that the company does not have access to your bank details, we do not store your bank or credit card information. 

Our company is not responsible for any damage caused to your computer equipment by viruses, worms, spyware programs, or the like during the connection to our website. Please make sure that you have an anti-virus program, firewalls and that the rest of your computer's protection programs are up to date. Our company is not responsible for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) suffered by our customer or user, whose credit card is used illegally or used in an unauthorized manner.

The entire content of our website, including texts, designs, graphics, hyperlinks or codes and all agreements relating to them (except for copyrights and trademarks of third parties) is the copyright of the company and should not be copied, used, published and distributed in any way by any person without prior written permission from our company. It is not allowed to create and/or publish a database containing parts of our website without the express prior consent of our company.

In any dispute regarding the execution, application or interpretation of this and in general the transactions established under these terms between the users/customers and our company, the applicable law is defined as Greek. The Greek courts have jurisdiction to resolve the above disputes.

The protection of the personal data of each customer, user or visitor of the online store is governed by these terms and the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on "Consumer Protection" and in particular the provisions relating to distance marketing and Law 4624/2019 o which incorporated the implementation measures of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 for the protection of natural persons against data processing.

The Company undertakes that any collection and processing of your personal data is carried out following the provisions of the law with the legal basis of consent or the legitimate interest of the company or the execution of a contract, strictly and only for the purposes of providing services and servicing or for the purposes of direct marketing to existing customers or visitors who expressed interest in a product or service.

Personal data voluntarily provided by users, visitors or customers of this website, may be collected by the Company in a file, stored and processed by it for the relevant purpose. This online store opposes the collection of personal data of minors. The submission of personal data by minors is immediately deleted from the online store's file. Access to the online store is only possible with parental consent.
